Why would I want to do that? I've got 700ish bottles purposely put on different racking by region and a rack for the wines needing to be consumed first. It seems like creating and managing a virtual cellar would be twice the work if not more. Inventory is hard enough with just one cellar. I guess it might be fun to design a fantasy cellar, but for now the real thing gobbles up enough time. I'm sure its possible, but just might be to unproductive to keep up with. I'm sure the computer storage for all the actual cellars requires a pretty massive amount of hardware. Add more graphics would most likely slow things down as well as opening a giant Pandora's box. Just my quick thoughts. May not be accurate at all.

Not in CT itself, but if you 'instrument' your CT entires using some creative strategies for Bins it would likely be possible with another software gizmo on the web. (Search the CT forum for "single bin') It depends of course what you want the map to look like. At first I though you meant like a way to find where bottles are in the cellar, but then it inspire the thought of maybe doing a mashup to say a map and who where in the world all those bottles came from...

Use the Excel Download and RSSandlar's additional pages with formulas for rack view, rack count and rack names. You need to bin in an A1-Z** format and you will get a visual display. I use it almost daily.

It will exercise your brain if you create the map in your mind. :)

Seriously, though...I only have a few hundred bottles, but when my wife calls me at work and asks me what wine she can open before I get home, I can usually tell her a pretty exact geographic location in the cellar. I probably couldn't do that for bottles I haven't looked at in the last year or so. If I ever organized my layout it would be much easier.
