The two are not the same producer.
Domaine Thomas is a Burgundy estate in St. Veran.
Domaine Thomas & Fils is Loire Valley domaine in Sancerre.
All Sancerre and Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc in the database with producer Domaine Thomas is (based on the labels) should actually have producer Domaine Thomas & Fils. The labels use the ampersand, though they go back and forth between ampersand and word "et" on their web site.
