Sainsbury's Supermarket has a large number of own label wines, many of which name the producer winery.
Many in CT are under the winery name with Sainsbury's in the designation

Sainsbury's premier level own label is 'Taste the Difference'

I think all the following producer names should be simply Sainsbury's (with apostrophe s)

Rosé: Sainsbury's Taste the Difference
White: Sainsbury's Taste the Difference (Yering Station)
White: Sainsburys / McWilliams
White: Sainsburys Taste the Difference
White: Unknown

Red: Sainsbury
Red: Sainsbury Taste The Difference

In the past, I have consolidated some of the producer dupes but I have not made a large effort to eliminate when users want to create the wines with the actual producer vs Sainsbury. I am traveling right now and when I am caught up, I will look at this and make it better.

Agree no issue with Sainsbury's wines listed under Producer of the real winery.

The wines I listed are not under producer winery name, and some have misspelled Sainsbury's.

OK, I think I brought some order to this. Producer is Sainsbury's with Taste the Difference as a Designation where required. For wines where we have a producer noted, the designation is Sainsbury's Taste the Difference. I won't swear there aren't duplications between wines with a producer noted and those under Sainsbury's, but this is in a lot better shape now.

This has bugged me for some time too.

Agree that if the producer is somewhere on the label(s), then it should go under producer, but as it's a supermarket range, the labels, names and producers will keep changing, so no doubt we'll see more new wines added with less than ideal Cellartracker nomenclature. Wonder if "Taste the Difference" or "Sainsbury's" might be worth one of the red "Read this about adding wines from..." messages?
