Over the next few weeks, we're working to migrate the infrastructure underlying CellarTracker to the cloud. (Specifically, Azure, for those who care.)

The first phase of this transition -- to move storage and hosting for all of our label images and static resources -- was completed yesterday. This phase should have been completely transparent. However, if you're experiencing any issues with images or scripts not loading, please do send us a note to support@cellartracker.com with additional details so we can investigate.

The next phase involves moving our backend database and front-end web servers. Our goal is to complete this process with minimal to no downtime, although it may require a short period of "read only" maintenance mode as we make the switchover. More details on timing and expected impact will be communicated as we get closer.

As always, please reach out if you have any questions, concerns, or issues. You can subscribe to this thread for future updates, as I will post them here.

Neat! Thanks for the warning. I was on and off all day yesterday and other than some really slow response times, no issues.

Heads up: We are aware of an issue with Mac OS X 10.10 and earlier where images are no longer appearing. We've identified the cause of the problem -- those older versions of Mac OS X are unable to initiate an SSL connection to the Azure servers -- and are working with high priority to find a solution. We'll keep you posted in this thread with updates, and deeply apologize for any inconvenience this is causing. At the moment, the only workaround is to use another device with a newer version of OS X or another operating system.

The Mac OS X issues should now be resolved. Please let us know if you're having trouble seeing images on any other devices.
