Tomorrow’s lunch moved to clubhouse.
1861 Montclair Dr, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464

Even using the enclosures, the boat would be miserable.
Cloudy, mid 50s, and windy. 40 mph gusts are possible.
We’ll talk tonight.

Keep the pictures coming! I am living vicariously through your group.

And I am beyond envious. I need to find a way to make one of the offline events work for me.

Another incredible event - S1 is the master host

Great events from the Burgundy night under the stars in Mason and Brittaney’s beautiful yard, to the beach house with Bordeaux to one of the best meals from Circa so far.

Great wine, food and company - another great year.

Thanks again to all the wonderful hosts for each night and looking forward to seeing everyone next year, when we take it to a 12…..

I have a pair of (reading?) glasses in a blue reptilian skin case.
Let me know who is their human.
Send address and I’ll send them.

Landed in SF and missing my roomies (Hollowine and LST) already!

Thanks especially to S1/HRH for putting together a world class event of gastronomy, camaraderie, and all that purple, yellow and bubbly elixir. Thanks also to Mason_H, your spouse and brother as well as mc2wines for hosting events. This was a welcome diversion and filled with warmth and levity to a degree I could not have expected.

Safe travels to everyone else who I had the great pleasure to meet.

Missing everyone already! What an incredible time, thanks so much Scott for the amount of work you put into these.

Unfortunately that was the condition of the "Sous Vide" rack of lamb popsicles that were served. About the flavor and consistency of a WWII era leather sofa in a London cigar club

Thanks Scott and Mason for hosting.
Thanks to all for the fab wines, but extra credit goes to @1631756 which is probably his wine budget for this event with all that Roumier!

The one addition I have to this thread was the innovation of the Margaux-rita where we mixed the last bits of several bottles of the eponymous chateaux's 1996 offering into one glass. (after midnight stuff happens)

Wow, what an offline with friends, food and wines. Well done.
I hope to visit the city next year while paying a visit to my niece starting school there in January. Gotta check out some restaurants and wine shops during my visit.

You'll love Charleston. If your niece going to The College of Charleston, she'll love it as well. My daughter is an alum and currently in a masters program at The College. Also, my son will graduate from The College in May. What an amazing place to go to school because the parents and relatives get to "visit" for adult reasons!
