In New York State, we still are facing a weird mix of rules in terms of where we can purchase wine. No problem from out of state wineries. But a long list of retailers has been blocked, even though the Supreme Court seemed to say that blocking incoming retail shipments is not permitted under the interstate commerce rules: New York retail stores can ship anywhere that allows wine to come in, at all.

There is a bill to addrsss this. If you vote in New York, join me in supporting it. I’ve been on the mailing list if this group for years. No spam, nothing. Your email won’t be sold or anything.

Ship it to me in NJ Ken. For a modest percentage of the order (usually 1 bottle per case, but that's negotiable) the Toyota Transport System can make a delivery.

These idiotic State wine shipping restrictions need to all die. Wine should be able to be shipped in and out of every State. Sad NY is like Utah.

Done!! Although I will say recently I have encountered less resistance to shipping than in prior years.

Perhaps NYS is no longer enforcing?
