Status: offline 		I would propose to add a section where users can add technical data to a wine (similar to current tasting notes section) where a user can add info (eg. grape percentage, maceration time, TA, pH, etc) to a wine, and where other users can up-/down-vote.

I know it's currently possible to use the "private note" section for it. How ever technical data is often hard to find and producers may remove technical data from older vintages from their websites. It would be great to have a place on CT where we could preserve these data and easily find them.
