I am completely reorganizing my cellar. I need to change the location of every wine. Each location will be individual and different from all other locations. Is there a way to display my cellar in alphabetic order with just wine and vintage and then allow me to click on them in alphabetic order and relocate them one by one. It will take forever, but any other method I come up with will take five forevers.I need something like the bulk entry system where I list the wines I want to add and then they pop up one by one to add purchase data. I would like to do the same thing with existing wines in the cellar (so I do not lose history) and just go from one to the next and type the new location.

Edit them in the INDIVIDUAL BOTTLE view.

Or just EXPORT your whole cellar from the INDIVIDUAL BOTTLE view. Update the LOCATION and BIN column. Mail a spreadsheet to support@cellartracker.com with BARCODE, LOCATION and BIN.

I think I should not have used "relocation." I am just moving the bottles to different slots within the cellar. Don't get me started on my wife not understanding how the cellar was organized and continuously pulling wine from the wrong slot and screwing up my system. :( I think I understand your suggestions and I will try it in the next few days.

OK, then just toggle to INDIVIDUAL BOTTLE display mode and use the bulk editing tools to relocate bottles.
