which I purchased at a national chain and just opened has a different name and label than the J. Vidal Fleury Cotes de Rhone 2020 reviewed on CT and on other sites. Not the first encounter with identification issues, in fact I've purchased one or two wine not found on the winery's website. Who is to resolve this issue? And how? The label for my bottle can be seen on Total Wines.
Could be different winery? different label?

Vidal Fleury was acquired by Guigal about 30 years ago and is now a secondary label

That said, producers can, and do, provide different labels and blends for the same name in different markets. This is the most likely explanation
