www.collectiblefinewine.com has an offer of many wines. It does not show on their webpage but rather as a subscriber to their mailing list. Yesterday they had 20% discount, today 30%, and if there are any left and you want to risk it tomorrow 40%. Yesterday I bought the Vina Tondonia for $35 and today bought 3 more at $30. But the star of the offer for me is the Chateau Pontet Canet at $118 LESS 30%. So, yes, a Pontet Canet 2015 for $83.

In the cupon when checking out you must put Rudolph30 for the discount. I bought 9 bottles and I know I should get more but I am drowning in wine.

I hope it serves to someone....less than 45 bottles left as I write this. Good hunting !

That is a great deal. If I hadn't just bought the 1989 La Dominique just a few days ago, I'd be in on this for sure. I actually did ask about a couple bottles of 2009 Pontet Canet that were on the list from Portland Wine Storage's sale inventory, but they had sold out within just a couple minutes of the posting. Frankly, I was surprised I got the La Dominique given how fast aged Bordeaux goes once offered.

Thats weird ! My discount was from $118 to $82.60 per bottle and thats what I got charged on my CC and also on my receipt. Maybe you are ordering other wines as well that do not have the discount, this discount is only for some wines not all on their webpage.

Mmm, yes I ordered like one other thing. But you touched my sweet spots, I went for the Pontet Canet and some LdH--a pair of roses.

Mystery solved. It gave me zero discount on the LdH's, only on the PCs.

Nevermind. I finally got the ICE40 code and list of wines that are available. FYI there are no BDX wines on this 40% off list.

Last year I waited till the 40% to buy. This year that strategy failed as the wines for sale with 40% off were way fewer than the 30%. I had a pretty sizeable list - 2005 Latour was the prize...a case of the Tondonia...a bunch of the Ponson champagnes...alas I learned a valuable lesson (but saved a lot!!) Ended up getting two white burgs that I never would have bought for full price and 4x of the 2008 Pehu champagne...

They just emailed out a list of all the wines still available at various discount price points. Time to get those that you thought you missed out on, I just did!!!
