Hi Folks, Some time in the near future (a month or so), I will be popping a bottle of 2004 Petrus. I am not accustomed to drinking wines of this caliber (at least in terms of cost), and I solicit advice about how to serve it. How long beforehand should I open it? Assuming it is decanted, when should this occur? I assume that there is no need to drink it quickly. Any and all ideas, suggestions, comments, and so forth will be appreciated. Cheers, John
