I have multiple cellars. Some are strictly for storage others have wine that is ready to drink. Is there any way I can tag bottles that are drinkable and not drinkable so I can pull a quick search that doesn't include wines that are in storage?

The Location field is really the best thing to use for that. Or you could use the bin or the bottlenote.
There is also a tagged-list/wishlist feature, but the tagging is at the level of a wine and not a specific bottle.

When I went to set up an advanced search and it will only let me select a single location to search on. I would liek to set up a search that allows me to select multiple locations (.e.g. eurocave1, eurocave2, etc but NOT eurocave4). Can that be done.

Sorry, no multiselect at this point. You can download everything to Excel and do an autofilter though. Or you can summarize by location.

Is multi search on the to do list? How about some Boolean logice (NOT in Cellar A, for instance).

There are other threads on this. Yes a richer query grammar is on the list. I also will not likely implement such a thing until after the old CellarTracker site is completely retired and everyone is transitioned to the new GrapeStories site.
