I have never had a problem printing labels before (Dymo 450). But today, I cannot seem to get them to print.

I hit the "Print Barcode Labels" button, and everything shows us as it should, showing the printer is online. I hit print. There is a short pause, the window closes, and nothing happens. No error message, no frozen screen. I am just back to the My Bottles screen. But, nothing printed.

I installed the new Mac operating system, Big Sur, this weekend (11.0.1). Is it possible there is an issue there? That is the only thing I can think of that is different.

Please ensure that you are running the latest version of the Dymo Label Software 8.7.5

Please reboot after you install it.

Thank you so much for the quick reply!

I went through all of the steps, and it still did not work, BUT, I noticed on your trouble shooting tool that it said two printers were available, which seemed odd.

I checked, and sure enough my computer showed TWO 450 Label writers. One was clearly not right, so I removed it.

I had to go back through all of the steps (reinstalling software, etc.), but once complete, it DID work. So, I am back up and running/printing again.
