Andrew42 -> Search using Purchase Note (10/19/2021 2:19:24 AM) When I am given a wine I enter the name of the giver in the purchase note, “gift from George”. However, when I create an advanced search for bottles with “Gift from George” in the purchase note CT lists every bottle with such a purchase note whether in inventory or consumed. Is there a way to refine the search to list only bottles in inventory? Maybe there is a better way for me to define a gift bottle than using the purchase note. Thanks for your help.

If I run the search and the result shows zero records, the screen suggests I may want to add consumed bottles to the search but I couldnt work out how to do that. What am I missing?
