ndijss -> Glassware question (1/22/2024 11:06:26 AM)

Hey all,
I was wondering whether to drink the PSI 2019 with a bordeaux glass or spiegelau definition burgundy glass?

Love to hear from you.

Welcome to CT.

Why not do a side-by-side if you’re just drinking it at home? I don’t have experience with the wine, but I like experimenting in these situations.

Bingo! We've done this and found the Spiegelau Burgundy bowls to be better with some surprising wines (Italian Super Tuscans) and made other wine's less desirable qualities come to the forefront (Vintage Port).

That's a great suggestion, I will probably do that!
I will post my findings when I drink it (probably in the next 2 weeks or so :))
