Status: offline 		Not what i had for a late night dinner.......pan pizza with anchovies (never had them and thought i would try) it was disgusting and then my friend gave me some beer he didn't like - the new New Belgium Atomic Pumpkin (which was actually more disgusting.....Habaneros & Pumpkin). What did i do to deserve this?????

Happy with water at the moment. Will resume normal food tomorrow with coffee & danish.

Status: offline 		Love anchovies on my pizza. Key is to get really high quality ones which very few if any restaurants carry. At a minimum you would find them less disgusting

Different recipe! We used the Chicken Burger recipe and substitued Turkey when the butcher dudn't have ground Chicken. We've stuck with it ever since.

The vino was a 2011 Charles Heintz Deana Nicole Sparkling Chardonnay.

Edit: extra red bell and garlic!

This was a real surprise at how much depth they added to sauces without tasting the "fish".

Status: offline 		My friend Steve works for Gullo Seafood and sent me some awesome Spanish Octo that I charred on the grill.
Decided to add in roasted garlic and roasted eggplant to the chickpea puree along with the harissa.

Smoked paprika marinated Octopus and merguez sausage over a harissa chickpea purée
