Got a, "Welcome to Cayuse" email last week. Pretty excited. I think I signed up back in 2007-9, but it's foggy. I'm guaranteed an allocation of one three-pack, but can wish-list. It's odd: being excited by the "privilege" of spending money.

Way to go Brandon!

FYI, I put almost everything on the wish list when I got my first 3 pack some years ago - and have been getting a new wine added each year since. I talked to some people at the release party last year who have never been granted anything from their wish list - and then found out they had only specified one wine on that wish list. FYI.....

A few years ago, I was finally able to buy from Cayuse but I could never get everything I wanted so I gave up and made room for someone on the list to take my place.

Me too. Scott I didn't realize you weren't on Cayuse, given the number of deep yellow necks sticking out of your locker! Maybe we should approach them with a few others and ask for a special dispensation, given how much of the stuff we share and how even the most crabby about WA wines among us (ahem) always report back to the greater wine world with (dead honest) fawning ....

It's not what you want to hear, "We wish we had better news." At least it wasn't from my doctor, so could be worse.
As a consolation, I could buy Horsepower or retail. Same price.

No for me too which is not surprising as I signed up on October 20th, 2011 the same time I got 'rejected' from the "NO Girls" offer 5 minutes after it opened. I expect that no wine for you in the next day or two to pair up with this one. :)

Geez....none for me either. I am at year 4 on the list. By the time I finally make it, my palate will have changed (again) and I'll have moved on.

Not enough juice to go around isn't the problem - I think there is a hot secondary market, and if you have an allocation you can turn around and sell it for a handsome profit. Bionic Frog is available - just not at release price.

I asked to be removed from list. Not because of the denial note, but just not buying direct from wineries any longer, if that is their only option.

I enjoy so many wines that there are better ways to spend my dollars at. with the Euro sliding, I feel more value can be found in the classic wines of France, Germany and Italy. Hopefully somebody moves up a notch.

Darn that Hollowine! Darn him to heck!

Got my annual email, as well. I'm pretty sure I heard a sigh of relief from my wallet.

None for me but I'm not on the waiting list either. I've had Cayuse twice and although I enjoyed them, I didn't find them extraordinary and certainly not worth the price.

I don't know if you are being serious or funny or trying to be both, but this is a possibility. I have had Cayuse before and loved it, just don't know how long I can wait. I can only take so much rejection, just ask the cheerleader from my high school, I finally stopped asking her out when she got married.

"Me too year 3 or 4"

Me 3! Not sure I care any more though. I have been getting wine from Reynvaan for two years and their quality is good enough that I don't particularly care.
