Sure Eric invented the site and Richard Jennings has written a gazillion tasting notes, but who else among us has been a true role model for slothdom on these forums?   We all know and empathize with the current mrs, are constantly amazed at the level of degradation and debauchery one man can display, and are often humbled by the sheer size of his.....personality.

He will be there soon, and on this Election Day, I petition the court, or the powers that be, or Eric, to create a new Cellar Tracker forum status for our one True Leader....

S! is a big poster and is always fun to PM, as well as to eat and drink with. I also consider him a friend, though I also consider most of you on the forum as friends as well.

And he has a current tolerant wife who's French, likes wine, puts up with Druids, Drunks and Dragoons... Just liked the cadence there.

I still think Old Doug, has the most prophetic posts on the one bottle consumed solo thread, and that takes a real man, with a really tough liver.

I will forever remember Paul Jaines' post about his neighbor trying to park a small car. It ended up taking up parts of 3 parking spaces or something extraordinary like that - apparently a person of average driving skills would be able to proficiently park a bus in the area where the neighbor was unable. Paul's post was a masterpiece of humor, righteous indignation, and the human condition.

Also would say that S1 is gaining on everybody....

In keeping with the season, Paul's explanation of Secret Santa to Khamen still ranks among the best posts ever!

Thanks (I think....not a milestone I am proud of).

The ultra sad thing is that is the Current Mrs Jaines's birthday tonight but she has passed out on the sofa through exhaustion from looking after the kids and being married to me....and probably too much Raclette cheese...and booze.....
