I guess I'll kick it off, and play elf.
As copied from last year:
I will need the following info:

INFORMATION FORM
1. Your preferred SHIP TO address:
2. Is your preferred SHIP TO address a residence or business address:
3a. Do you have a particular window of availability when you can receive your package (i.e.: if you're going to be out of town on vacation, or something, and therefore need to receive your package by or after a particular date)?
3b. If you answered “Yes” to 3a., please give the details here:
4. Your real name:
5. Ship To phone number (some carriers require this, therefore you must provide one):
6. Any "other information", such as types of wines you absolutely do not want to receive; any carrier/shipper restrictions:
7. If the name associated with your CT cellar is different than your name for the discussion board, please indicate as such and give me the name associated with your CT cellar:
8. Is it ok to share this information with the CIA and can I "winetap" your cellar?
9. Once the wine is shipped please confirm to me that the wine is on its way. If you have a tracking number that is helpful too.
10. Confirm to me when the wine is received.

Budget should be approx. 40 euros.

No, why? shipping in the EU should not take longer than 3-4 days. With a reveal day of the 20th we should be good until the 15th.

As soon as I have a minimum of 4 I will send out the info.

Lets shoot for 40 euros without tax, but including shipping. This keeps the receiving party only penalized by their location and not their Santa's.

I think we always did 40 euros shipping excluded. If shipping is cheap it doesn't matter, but if it is expensive, it is a pity to substantially reduce the budget.

Fully agreed on 40€ shipping excluded as we did in the past years.

Shipping expenses can vary a lot, also considering whether we decide to send something from our personal cellar or from some supplier abroad...

My opinion is to keep them on top of the 40€ as usual!

We are all curious as to the wines that will be had in the EU. Keep us posted. I didn't get to participate this year and missed it a lot. Next year will have to do. It was fun seeing what others have posted, like always.
