I am missing I, N, and U.
I see I and U are quite common voids. N seems to me an odd one to be missing, while having things like Q, X, and Z.

If I add in consumed I see I have had N (many) and U (Usseglio), but still no I.

Maybe there's no I in Wne.

My I is Inniskillin (Canadian Ice Wine) but there is also a Walla Walla Winery called Isenhower

Q is easy with Quilceda Creek

I love Inniskillin Ice wines. Jackson-Triggs also.

Bringing this one back to life... drank my Q and since Quinta doesn't count.

Missing E, I, Q, X, Y & Z.

I had some Yalumba at one point.

Yes, I missed this originally. Nice idea to kill some more time! :-)

Currently missing U and X. I have one Yalumba, and one Zind Humbrecht -- so those letters are in danger. Perhaps I should suspend my moratorium in order to shore up the alphabet......

I am not missing a single letter, much to my surprise:

The X is 2009 Xavier Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Anonyme

The Z is 2000 Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

Yes, the puppies are sleeping right now!

Ditto. Although U has a paltry representation.

Missing: O, Q (I'm not counting "Quinta de/do ___") , U, X, Y, Z.

hmm. End of the alphabet is my challenge. Missing U, W, X, Y, Z. (Are we counting d'YQuem is a "Y" or a "d"?) I have had quite a few W's in the consumed pile and a few Z's, but no "U" or "X" wines at all.

Yquem should count as Y. I used to have a bunch of Usseglio but they are gone. I can't think of any "X" wine I care to buy.

In stock now, missing Q U X Y

In stock and consumed, just missing X

Q = Quady (California), Quail's Gate (Canada), Quando (South Africa)
U = Uiterwyk (South Africa, though it now uses family name De Waal, Uitwyk (South Africa)
Y = Yealands (NZ), Yalumba (Australia) d'Yves Mau (? France)

I can't think of any "X" wines.

And U is a hard one. We have an Upchurch Cab, but that's it. I guess maybe the Usseglio that others are talking about.

Q had Quinterelli and Quilceda Creek. Oh, and Querce Bettina. So decent showing.

H, Q, U, X, Z.

Qupe is a sometime visitor, as is Huet. On any given day the H and Q might be covered. The U-X-Z is a different story, and there is little chance of any Zonin Lambrusco showing up.

Missing a bunch here, although with the smallish size of our collection, it's not that surprising (or that some other letters are singletons):
E, I, K, M, O, Q, U, X, Y

quote:

ORIGINAL: vinopkm
I had some Yalumba at one point.

Same here - we had some until about a month ago. We also drank our only 'K' on Sunday, and our only 'E' was consumed last week. Guess it's time to go shopping

quote:

ORIGINAL: skifree
The Z is 2000 Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

A 2001 of this is my lone Z at the moment...

quote:

...although Zonin Prosecco Brut does occasionally show up when my mother-in-law comes to town, since she likes to have some simple bubbles around while making dinner.

Get some Ultramarine Wines from Michael Cruse. Speaking of which, that mailer should be coming out this month or next month.

I just did mine, I'm missing an X. I was so hopeful...oh well, the last time I had an X in the cellar was a bad buy from Garagiste.
