Status: offline 		I went with the 2010 Orion, from Thackrey. Unfortunately, the wine seems disjointed and was not what I had expected. And this on top of the 1998 Bonneau Celestine, which was a full-on collapse. Sad. What will it take to make my wine cellar great again?!

We returned from vacation Saturday and I had gained four pounds. Between too many cookies and too much beer and wine, I will be taking it easy this week.

I believe the booze was......erm.......cold and wet. I honest can't remeber what it was - probably French. Close enough?
