Registration for the Secret Santa event is now CLOSED. The safety bars are down; please keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times.

The Head Elves will fire up the Randomizatron 3000 and make the matches. We're aiming to send out recipient info this weekend, so keep an eye out for a PM in the near future.

Okay everyone, matches have been sent! If you are participating in the event and did NOT receive a match, please PM crispino to sort it out.

Recall that the shipping deadline is Monday, 11/27/17. That gives you just over two weeks to do the appropriate sleuthin', buyin', packagin', sendin', etc.

Remember to send your Head Elf a PM with the shipping info - especially the tracking number - when you ship.

Refer to Sections 2 and 3 in the original post for more details. PM your Head Elf with any questions, issues, etc.

Please open your PM from your elf giving you your assignment IN CellarTracker forum. This lets your elf know you got your assignment. Seeing it in your e-mail associated with your account and not opening IN CT leaves your elf in the dark.

If you have a CT Cellar name different than your CT forum name, please share that with your elf, so he can share it with your Santa. Sometimes folks change log-in info over time and forget to update that in their Secret Santa registration.

Similarly, if your cellar privacy settings are Total Privacy, please consider changing that to allow your Santa to have a clue as to what to send to match your preferences, and to avoid sending something you already have. Best work around to maintain privacy is to allow only "Friends" to view your cellar, and to add CT Santa as a friend. Then your Santa can log-in as CT Santa and shop discretely. If folks need the CT Santa log-in info, please contact your elf.
