Tempted to stop by Cost Plus today on the way home, but I was able to drive past the store. Too much daily drinkers waiting for me to drink. The words sale and 40% off are my addiction triggers. Time to see my therapist again.

Got a heads up yesterday that Cost Plus World Market will have all red wines at 40% for members Saturday and Sunday. That's an additional 20% off normal member price. They don't carry a lot of desirable wines, but worth checking out if you have time.

Nationwide or just locally?

I assume nationwide. They've been running specials all week via email blasts. Yesterday was 30% off bubblies. Today is 30% off of all French wines.

Thanks for the Heads up Dontime. Employees didn't even know about the sale except the manager. Not much to be had at our store but did snag a few Owen Roe kilmore Pinots for 23 bucks and Lbv Taylor Fladgates for 16 bucks. So not bad. Two wines we enjoy.

Grabbed a 2015 Caymus at $52 just to have on hand for guests. A couple of 2015 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Artemis at $40. Best deal might have been a 2014 Bodegas Juan Gil Monastrell Jumilla at under $10. Might go back for a few more of those today.

Just got an email from Benchmark Wine Group. They have 5 bottles of 2014 Outpost True Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon in case you missed it. Probably doesn't qualify as a " smoking deal" at $349 per but it is a 100 point wine. That would be a "perfect" wine whatever that is.

It's not a wine deal, but Cost Plus World Market has 52% off all single bottles of beer and cider through tomorrow if you buy at least 12. Ours has an ok-sized beer selection including some interesting stuff in the mix, so I went in today. I ended up picking up some smaller bottles (Weihenstephaner, etc.) but also half a dozen 750s, a mix of:
St. Bernardus ABT 12 ($6)
Allagash Tripel ($4.50)
Allagash Curieux ($10)

I live about a mile from the Allagash brewery, and I have never seen prices that good. Great beer. Nice pickup!

The Columbia Crest Spring Garage. er, Cellar, Sale in Patterson WA (cough, we're only 40 minutes from Prosser to use the line from Full Pull) will be the morning of April 14 2018
https://www.columbiacrest.com/our-winery/spring-cellar-sale
Mostly everyday drinkers, but I've picked up Walter Clore Reserve at ~half off (6 years ago). Also some 3rd labels for the NYC market. Mostly case sales.

I have no commercial interest in this at all, but the annual WTSO Cheapskate Marathon is going on right now. Good for daily drinkers.

Has anyone bought anything? I've been checking in sporadically, and the offers I've seen have been lackluster.

Agree. Have been tempted on a couple things, but most are not the "steep discounts" promised. Just a couple dollars off per bottle. Not terrible, but nothing I can't get locally.

Checked a couple of times and saw nothing, but after drinking the 2015 Domaine du Grand Montmirail Gigondas Cuvée Vieilles Vignes again I emailed them and bought another 6, i'm telling you this stuff is a steal at $19.99 and free ship

We ate at Rosie’s Smokin’ Hot BBQ last night. The only reason I mention it in this thread is the GPS voice (Siri) pronounced the word “smoking” as “smocking” which gave us all a chuckle. It must be good if you have to wear a smock!

This was actually the only wine I tried to buy yesterday and by the time I clicked on the link, it was gone. Grrrrr . . .

I bought nothing on the last WTSO marathon.

Costco in WA has 2014 DeLille Four Flags Cab Sauvignon for $45.99, $12 off. Winery has it on sale $48, regardless $65-75. CT 92, but there is a note of a corked bottle.

Something tells me you'd enjoy 20 dollar 15 Prum GH Kabs.

I picked up some Carillon Perrieres, but the 14 Louis Michel Butteaux VV sold out while in my cart!

Local Costco was pushing Panther Creek Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris last weekend for Easter. Big displays near the checkout counter. Under $16 for both. They had a DeLille white for maybe $40-$45, but didn't pay attention. Walked thru their displays and, except for the Kirkland stuff at <$10 for 1.5L, nothing struck me as a particular value.

No longer see Cameron Hughes there. Maybe that has wound down now. Don't see it at TJs, either.

Did find an Honoro Vera Garnacha, 2015 for $9 at Holiday Wine Cellar. We've enjoyed prior vintages so I bought one as a gift for my MIL. She prefers lighter-bodied reds. Noted that the Spatburgunder from Pfalz I also purchased is now gone. Only more $$ options remain. Glad I got one at $20 as a Spat has been on my list for years to try.

You should find the Delille Chaleur Blanc at around $33 there, that is a pretty good price. Better, though, is Cellier des Princes CdP at around $15

Just got an e-mail from Belmont Wine Exchange stating that they're having a 24-hour Dom sale. 2006 Dom is $125 / bottle, which is probably at or near the lowest in the country. I bought several bottles from a different retailer at Christmas, but wanted to pass this along in case anyone is looking for '06 Dom.

So much for my moratorium - Benchmark bin end sale has some nice deals. I bit on a half case of 2007 Valdicava at $55, among a few others. Bunch of wines in the $75 bin that show best available WS price at $100 or more.

Nice. I've got the 2010. We'll have to try them side by side at an offline.
