Easier to queue up two picks that are likely to happen in short order, followed by a longer break from drafting????

Yep. I prefer having the last spot in a snake draft for the reasons that you mentioned. Also, when you have any pick beside first or last, there is a chance EVERY round that the person right before you will take your pick. If you are last (or first) that can only happen every other round. It might not make much of an actual difference, but it is galling when the person right before you takes the guy that you wanted.

Status: offline 		Yah. Strategically the draft isn’t just “best player” it’s about filling the designated spots.

Drafting in the middle sucks because you have no idea what’s going to happen in the 9-11 picks until your next one. So u often end up just having to take the best available vs relative best vs positional availability.

11th. I can see ok 12th has a starting qb already. I can take this next best rb (which 12 might take) and the qb I want will be there after 12 takes his 2 picks. If you draft middle of order that’s really tough. There can be a 6 player run on QB and you are screwed hahah. So.

Trade? 🤣😂
