Evidently Vincent Girardin is now passing the baton to his young son who is making wines under the label Pierre Girardin. I wasn't aware until recently. Has anyone tried his wines?

They are good and well made wines, but this is a family still very much a negotiant with conventional farming with bigger yields more important than sacrificing for higher quality. They have a really nice new winery in town as well. Think high end factory rather than soulful, hand made, thought provoking.
