I am trying to export a list of all purchased bottles with a Bottle Note to CSV.

As far as I can tell, Individual Bottles is the only Search Within panel that contains Bottle Note. The problem is that Individual Bottles only contains Current inventory but I want to also see Consumed bottles.

Am I missing something? Are there other search options available?

That is all you can do from the site directly. However if you read our FAQ on exporting data you can see there is a raw BOTTLES view that has all that you ask for.

I read that FAQ page prior to posting my question. However, I have looked through all of the options in each available view but I still cannot see how to get my desired results.

I am looking for all Purchased Bottles (not Wines) where Bottle Note is <Not Empty>

For example, let's say I purchased 6 bottles of Wine X.
- 3 of those bottles are held for a friend who does not have a cellar so I enter a Bottle Note of "Hold for Joe"
- 3 bottles are mine and can be consumed at any time
- Last week, Joe retrieved one of his bottle for consumption

How can I export data that includes all of Joe's Individual Bottles (both Consumed and In My Cellar)

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.

AHA!

I did not read closely enough. I found the URL construction further down that page and have pulled the data.

Thanks
