I missed the actual bottling (thought the wife would be upset if i watched that over dinner instead of talking to her)

Any photos to throw up there for us?

Congrats Yo.

BTW which Winemaker did you work with there?   I am working on a small project with Mike Z and a small group of friends.   If you see him, tell him Dave from Dacalier Wines said hello.

Cheers,
dave

BTW - If your interested, I would love to trade you a 6 pack of your Castleman for a 6 pack of our Assaszin which will be bottled in mid Feb and released this spring.   Ours is a Prisoner type of Zin blend.    Not submitted to CT because label hasnt been finalized.

Dave, no chance of getting some for the SF - Offline eh?

No Assasszin, but I can bring a few bottles of our stuff to pass around and have you lie to me and tell me how good it is.

I can do that

Yo,

Great touch.  Very nice you can incorporate family tradition into your wine making.  Can't wait to try it.  I just bought several bottles of Bucella Mica and if your wine is anything at all like theirs you will have a definite winner.

Are you available this weekend to go to Asti?  Thinking of coming up with my girlfriend since we couldn't make it last weekend.

TWG

Maybe...i'm actually going to be in San Antonio all morning at my daughter's volleyball tourney.

Where is she playing?

Yo,

I missed the bottling as well.  Should have got on the computer but still whirling after the McCoy injury.

When do you start receiving the wine?

Dude! I'm telling you that the Crushpad guys are crazy cool...

Now...the question is are you going to let it sit for 90 to 120 days...or pop it?

I'm delaying all shipments for some time...

I will confess...having the wine in someone's hands already makes me nervous...i hope you like it.

When i tasted 1 month ago...i decanted for 1 hour and tasted half then sealed and drank balance on day two...I love day one after 2 to 4 hrs and i'm crazy in love with day 2.

I won't open it right away. I doubt that I could wait 120 days though. ;) Don't worry, when I open it I'll be sure to try it through different stages. Unless it's so tasty that I drink it all right away.
