10/24/2014 - Deputy Likes this wine: 89 pointsOpened another one last night. I actually *love* this wine. I can't give it a ton of points for its amazing depth of flavour and all of that, but it's really enjoyable. Had a glass tonight with some nice cheddar and moved on to a glass of port (Fonseca Terra Prima Reserve Organic) afterward. I actually think I enjoyed this more...and I love port. I need to find more of this wine.

3/8/2016 10:42:00 PM - I basically just SV'd the breasts (which I'd brined already for about 8 hours) at 50C for about an hour or two. Tender, flavourful, straightforward. Overall, pretty good!
