Drank by accident! Well, not exactly. A cellar accident caused this bottle to drop and land on top of another; the bottom bottle exploded, but the Carlisle only cracked at the neck, spilling a glass or so. I filtered out broken glass and let it aerate while I cleaned up the mess from the other bottle (a mag; ouch). Anyway, after about an hour, this wine was remarkably open for business despite its youth. Classic Carlisle zin characteristics with plenty of fruit and pepper. Obviously way too young but demonstrated tremendous potential. I will seek out more. And store them more carefully...
