9/15/2015 - MattLA Likes this wine: 94 pointsThis puppy needs a massive decant. The first two hours of it being open are pretty useless. Then the wine comes together with some structure and dark fruits. Medium finish with the perfect hint of raisin on the back end. An enjoyable wine but it still does not really compete with the 2003 Foley Claret.

3/16/2016 9:43:00 AM - They were both decanted for 90 minutes before trying them. The 2003 is not as complex as the 2005. I would buy more 2005 if I were you and stay away from the 2003. I think the 2005 has at least another 15 years of solid drinking.
