Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend more

Thyme, spearmint, flowers, forest floor, and red fruits are found in the nose. Medium-bodied, with a strong tobacco edge to the fruits on the palate, the wine is a bit drying in the otherwise, sweet, red currant filled finish. The wine blends 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot, 13.5% ABV. Drink from 2022-2035.

Tasted alongside the 2015,2012,2009 and 2001. Very good but I prefer the 2009 and the 2001 which was the best one today. But any of these one are excellent.

As far I can remember the bottle I had was drinking quite well and I enjoy it a lot. iI had tertiary notes but had many years ahead. I did not drink another bottle since. I have a few more bottles and I am really looking forward to drink them but there is no rush.

    Cheers

I bought it from a friend who passed away 3years ago. However, on the bottom left of the label there is written L9536. Hope it helps.
