The first thought that popped into my head was "hmmm, very austere" because it is so very dry, and the flavours are rather subtle. I still have images of it being drunk by a Grand Inquisitor. I think this is apt, because it shouldn't be too chilled. Keep it by the red-hot poker brazier, though not too close.

Every time I took a sip, my initial impression was that this was going to be much too sweet, and then every time it would pull out of the sickly death spiral and become quite gentle and fruity. Quite a neat trick. But a little wearying. This is my first ever note, I will try and be a little mor thorough next time.
