Tasting it early, it was chalky and less in balance. 60 minutes in it greatly improved and showed it's muscles. Full bodied, teeth staining, ripe meaty texture that actually felt restrained and kept getting better. It was the biggest wine of the night and the only new world big red. This is wine is a great representation on what a Petite sirah should taste like. |
