Fine nose, a little raw and dried meat, a bit of carnivore of the Sangiovese. Sour cream present, silk in the mouth. Poi arriva in bocca e due parole escono dal cuore: la prima è.... equilibrio, la seconda è... cristallino! Eccerto, profumi sfuggenti, ma in bocca è equilibrato, fine, elagante e...alla fine.. impalbabile. Può sembrare un difetto, visto che molti (compreso me) valutano la lunghezza di un vino, ma forse l'essenza di questo è il suo essere sfuggente.
