This is a rating across 5 bottles, bought 24 in 2007 @ $9.75 per... it is a $10 wine. Sometimes makes it to $15-20 height - when it is thick, rich, chocolaty, dark fruit, and soft tannins. Is a $5 bottle of swill when it is all oak & alcohol. Too much bottle variation to recommend this as anything but a "drink it when you want a red & aren't picky" wine. Really is a 90 on a good bottle, 85-ish when it isn't. So far, had 3 good & 2 not.

popped & recorked for 4hrs, 1hr decant, drank over 2hrs. Kept evolving, putting on weight. VERY tasty. Definitely a $65 bottle of wine. Good value.

Decanted 5 hours. Rich, thick, creamy, heavy black & blue fruit. Everything that I like about Auzzie Shiraz. That said, not sure it's worth the $65 I paid for it at auction. At $40-45, I'd buy a case.
