Tasted next to the Chinon which had a little more fruity nature that still had plenty of fruit but was a little more complex with some smokey notes. Still beautiful vibrant fruit with dark berries and blackberry flavor with some hints of smoke and a perfume nature. Great vibrant fruit with excellent balance. This is not your typical New World super concentrated Cabernet frog but more of the old world subtle Delicious Fruit filled version. Outstanding qpr. A must try. |

Light to medium Bodied with good juicy fruity dark berry and blackberry flavors with a slight hint of a perfume nature. This is not your California or other New World Cabernet Franc. This is an outstanding example and then absolute QPR home run but be prepared for something that's more of the juicy fruity Berry lighter style and even though I say lighter style it has plenty of fruit. It is absolutely delicious and a must try. Tried next to his Bourgueil this was a little more fruity and the Bourgueil was a little more complex with some Smoky notes |

Very nice to taste next to their hcdn as they both showcase the difference between the two regions. Both are enjoyable and both are well worth owning. The hcdb had more complexity while the hcdn had more muscle but still have plenty of complexity |

Definitely will be fun to compare these over the years. It was less open and needing more age than the Marchand. |

One of the best kosher cdps out there. It's expensive but it's definitely worth the money. A must try. This will probably be long lived but the question is how long will it continue to drink like it is drinking now with its nice fruit and complexity before it starts to take on more secondary flavors which will take away some of the uniqueness of its current flavor profile which I think is what makes it so special. |

For those who like a little bit of restraint with their wines this may be a little bit too much. If it settles down a little bit I think it will be much more enjoyable for my personal taste. It is just as good as the 2020 although I found the 2020 more balanced. Drink now to 2032 |
