We tried to agree upon the predominant fruit as we all agreed that there was a flavor that we all enjoyed but couldn't clearly identify. We finally agreed that it was the most intense black cherry taste we had ever experienced. Smooth as silk and the star of the evening although the other bottle was more expensive. Notable sediment. |

Long sit settled out the tannins leaving a smooth mellow elixir of dark fruit and chocolate with maybe a hint of tobacco. Finish was very long. Many years left for this one. Yum! |
