Strong sense of strawberry on the nose and very much in the mouth; slight tertiary notes in the bouquet that balanced the fruit ultra well; no greenness; very light pinkish color; seemed like it could fade in a few years but totally lovely. Tasted from a magnum. Came back to it over and over. Winemaker next to me looked at me with huge eyes after tasting it. I wish I could find this wine, esp. in magnum, from which I tasted. |

Over time it opened up and started to get a bit on the bitter side, but that may have been a food issue (peppery steak stir fry). Two days later drank with pasta and it was wonderful.
