Pretty and actually the extra dry works well as it is not in any way sweet or confectionary and. Ales for a very nice aperitif. Round, soft and in relative balance. Good 87

Pale ruby colored. Aromas of sour cherry, bit of cinnamon and tea and tiny earth. In the mouth complex enough with sour and cherry flavors and this moderate earthiness appearing again and again. Very good acidity, low to medium tannin and long length.

Pear and apple nose with some grapefruit, honeycomb and yarrow notes.
Dry and refreshing with quick moussé opening up to a medium bodied clean fruit palate with bitter citrusy finish. Mid-length.
A pretty decent Prosecco.

Dry, clean and simple, with some green apple and citrus flavor. Light, with a nice froth. It could pass as entry level Champagne.

The Italian Wine Masters (Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York): The nose showed tropical fruits and an unmistakable hint of banana. On the palate, the tropical fruit continues, backed by vibrant acidity and a pleasant, soft finish.

A nice prosecco. Had a very interesting nose: lots of green apple. Nice crisp flavors. Bone dry.

Definite sweettarts and some spree candy on the nose. More sweettarts on the palate. It has great balance between the sweetness and the fruit. While this wine is sweet, what makes it great is that it's not sugary, the sweetness is more like a that if a watery fruit juice but with good body.

Tasting Group July 2008 Meeting - Sparkling wines (Charleston, SC): Sweet and smooth. Medium mouthfeel, which surprised me for Prosecco but seemed appropriate since this is vintage Prosecco. (Original score: B+)

Consistent with a prior bottling (89 pts), this continues to cross the class and complexity of a good NV Champagne with the lightness and easy drinkability one expects in Prosecco.

Major QPR alert here. For $15 you get a sophisticated, toasty and nutty (almond) sparkler with the class of decent Champagne, but the unmistakable lightness of prosecco. Terrific value and I'll definitely be buying more.

Quite possibly the best prosecco I've ever had. Really well made and superb balance between toast and citrus notes. No harsh or bitter elements. I really enjoyed this. Lots of creamy mousse, medium size bead. Many steps up from most prosecco, and a bargain at around $15.
