Champagne Evening (Beverly-Bietigheim): Glass: Zalto Universal
Tasted blind. Vintage 2016, disgorged 2020.
Clear, deep golden color with some copper/salmon hue. Beautifil fine and complex nose.
On the palate bone dry (1-2gr dosage). Wonderful pressure and tension! Very fine mousseux. Salty. Some sweet red fruit. Beautiful balance and harmony. Very long and lingering. 94-95
