Clear light copper In the glass (sediment by design in the bottle). Aromas include ripe stone fruits and orange blossoms. The flavour is of tart peaches, mouthwatering acidity, medium body and a long finish with flavours of fresh sweet oranges or tangerines.

Nice wine. It reminds me of/ and I like it as much as their 2018 Pinot Gris.

I’d recommend tasting before you buy with this winery. All their wines - white and red - tend to be high in acidity. Which in the reds, can lead to thin tasting wines. That said, They do a great job with their Pinot Gris (still and bubbles) And we usually Always have a bottle or 2 in the cellar.

Did we wait to long to drink it? Or did we just catch the wine at its fickle stage? Wine is very pale, Clear, light ruby red. Light raspberry aroma and flavour, pink roses, and a thin, slightly red wine vinegar flavour.

Clear, pale mostly garnet to slight ruby colour in the glass. Aromas of bramble fruit, plum, hints of bell pepper. Mild flavours of tart cherry, strawberry and mild cigar box. Mild tannins.

Overall not a fan. Past it’s prime? Tasted a bit thin with a tart edge. Missing or would liked it to have a fuller, deeper fruit flavour and mouthfeel

This wine is still in its infancy. Red and black fruits mixed with spices and a touch of cedar. The tannins are very firm. If we can, rest for another 1-2 Year’s before we try again.

A lovely cool climate white Rhone blend consisting of 50% Viognier, 32% Roussanne, and 18% Marsanne — from British Colombia.

Lovely notes of apricot, pear, honey, and nectarine with a full body mouthfeel and nice viscosity and a delicate acidity with good balance. Very well made.

I wish I could find this in the States—purchased from a BC wine store in Vancouver in Yale Town.

    4/15/2018 8:14:00 AM - Hi Passion,
Are you able to become a Petit Club Member? m not sure of the rules between US and BC, but the Petit Club sends out 6 bottles every 6 months and it usually always includes 2 bottles of the Ava.

This winery has become one of my faves after first tasting their Pinot Noir at a special dinner in Whistler. They also make a wonderful rose (Vaila) and Syrahs.

    Good luck in your quest!
