While Dulcie seems to have cooled from her original proclamation of making Zaca Mesa our "house white" I find this to be an excellent wine and slightly more robust than the Z Blanc. This hearty wine is hard to resist already, but it is pretty primary. It should shed some baby fat and offer up greater complexity given 2-3 years in the cellar. If only I had more of it!
