All that dark fruit is very noticeable at first mouthful, followed by hints of vanilla. The finish has light tannins with a slight minerality to it. For a Cabernet it is light & balanced... no heavy tannins or heavy finishes on this wine. It was a delight to drink. For me, this wine needs no food to accompany it. |
