It then has some silky flavors of black cherry, licorice and other red fruits that lead to a medium long finish. An outstanding value a $11.99 and tastes like a $25 bottle. |

12/18/2011 - Epic Tale Does not like this wine: 77 pointscolor: mid-purple; nose: nothing much, sadly -- just a little oak and vanilla; taste: medium-bodied wine, disappointing tangy-green taste (so not good!), medium-length finish of eucalyptus and anise; overall: serviceable for parties but not serious, its QPR ($10) is OK but pales greatly in quality compared to slightly-pricier Twenty Bench ($13) Cali CS -- to my palate, and if life is too short for "meh" wine, this Archstone product is a pass. It tastes cheap. |

I bought this by the case as an everyday drinking wine. It's a great go to. Nice full bodied red. Fruit forward, berry, chocolate , vanilla. Nice middle and smooth finish. If you can find this for $12 or less you just can't go wrong. |
