Yesterday has mostly stewed vegetable aroma and flavor and was fairly meh. Somewhat stewed veggie aroma and flavor still but the acids and remaining gentle tannins have balanced and create a pleasant frame for the wine. Has some purple fruit flavor and a gentle yet expansive mouth filling sensation that lasts 20-30 seconds. Seems past prime and needed some air to integrate what is left of its life. |
