6/21/2023 - mcflytfc Likes this wine: 92 pointsI don't often get to drink Sauvignon Blancs with age but I'm going to have to work on changing that. Eight years has managed to put this wine in a fantastic place. It pours a beautiful golden colour, the nose is still fruity with bright citrus, but also has what I would equate to a bisquity scent I get from vintage champagne. On the palette it's integrated beautifully, it still has some mild tart acidity, drys the mouth slightly, but has come together in to a smooth delight. |
