Was uncertain what to expect but this is really quite pleasant. Nose is dry with some candied fruits, some spice and a hint of beeswax. Palate is mouth coating and after 10 seconds there's a real minerally oyster shell lift. Could almost be in Chablis. Each time I approach I like it more. |
