Way past use by date. Drying out and very strong unappealing barnyard and gas station restroom aromas. Dumped after half a glass.

($11) Rich nose of cedar, toast, ripe fruit, just a touch of herbal funk, pepper, and graphite. Deep color. Cinnamon? I'm guessing Mourvedre or Carignane play a role in this one. Nice Rhone Syrah character.

Color: Garnet
Nose: fairly subdued - currant. mineral, earth with a hint of dill.
Dry and moderately tannic - a bit rustic and plain - not to exciting, but fine for $10.
