Plum, leather, white pepper, and a hint of violet hitting on the mid-palate. Smooth, but still enough of a backbone to mature for another year or two.

Starts with olives on the forefront but with air you get a lot of licorice and a much more fruity sense on the nose.

Smooth and balanced on the palate. Some tannic grip makes it a very meat-friendly wine.

A nose dominated by raspberries, blueberries and cool garrigue notes. Very accesible.

Dry, fruit-filled and powerful palate.

My last bottle must have been spoiled. All other bottles were a far better experience.

Disappointed. Harsh upon opening & disjointed. Softened a bit next day but still disjointed. Nothing was cohesive and profile notes that emerged were not taste friendly. Drinkable but not enjoyable. This was my 2nd bottle. First was slightly better but nothing to write home about

Decent Southern Rhone style red - red and dark fruits, garrigue herbs, earth. For my liking, alcohol was a little to evident and the tannins a bit rustique but very drinkable.

Got from last bottle for $16. Not as good as their Les Gres. Needs to sit. From Jeff H: It's not bad. Mature and round but without support in terms of acid or tannins.

Drank first 1/3 of bottle over dinner, nose was immediately present upon opening with lush black fruit and a bit of vanilla.

Flavor is just short of jammy territory but earthy bitterness evens it out a bit. I’d still say it’s a bit much on the sweeter side to drink alone.

The finish starts a bit short but expands with air medium body with moderate to high tannins, no alcohol burn. Still feels very young at this point, could definitely age for a few more years.

Edit: Day 2 the aroma and flavor is still extremely vibrant. Tannins are still very grippy with decently lasting finish. I could use a bit more savoriness to my taste in this wine but very good QPR for $16

Fruit forward. Strawberry, cranberry, a hint of baking spice,
and cherry on the nose. Dry and punch of high acid that clears out your palate. Medium body. Paired with pork loin.

Just off the truck from Last Bottle. Good. Popped and poured with an aerating spout but other than that no TLC. A pretty minor bit of heat, but otherwise drinking pretty well. Fruit forward, seems like plum is the dominant note for me. Nice nose.

60% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 5% Carignan

Broke my discipline that was supposed to prevent me from buying from LB when I don't really have room, but worth confounding my cellar organization to squeeze these bottles in.

Edit next day: This drank fine as a pop-and-pour wine but over the course of dinner opened up further and was just wonderful. My demanding wife called this a "beautiful wine". If you have time for a brief (15-30 min) decant may be worth doing so to get to that point sooner.

This wine is totally ready to drink right now, not sure if it will improve further with age, so I set a drinking window of 2022-2026.

Very inexpensive S. Rhone blend (70% Syrah, 30% Grenache), nice med body and texture, could use a little more aging or perhaps decanter for hour or two to see if it opens up.

Dark purple...very jammy. Strawberry jam on the nose and the palate. Not bright strawberry...dark and jammy. There was an acid upper cut and a tannic body blow to go with it. Maybe I got some tar or licorice. But it is definitely a Parkerized wine. So...yeah...it was fine. Maybe a day of half-empty bottle absorbing oxygen will help.
