Aber es ist auch kein schlechter Wein: vollmundig, deutlich auf der fruchtigen Seite, Kaffee und Gewürze, etwas Vanille. Der Alkohol von 15% schlägt voll durch, was den Cabernet etwas anstrengend und sättigend macht. Zudem fehlt etwas Säure und damit Frische. Wer Powerweine mag, ist hier gut bedient. Mir ist er zu üppig und alkoholisch. |
